About the Project
A major international online MMORPG project developing its own game platform, LiveOps mechanics, and player engagement ecosystem. Thousands of players interact with the product daily — the data volume is significant, and decisions must be fast and well-grounded.
The team is looking for a Lead Product Analyst who will build a transparent and efficient analytics system from scratch and become a key link between game design, marketing, and leadership. Responsibilities include metric development, player behavior analysis, evaluation of game events, monetization models, and the creation of the entire analytical infrastructure.

Responsibilities
— Build and develop the product analytics system from scratch.
— Set up and maintain the analytical infrastructure: SDK, ETL processes, BI tools.
— Develop and automate key product metrics: retention, conversion, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, engagement.
— Analyze player behavior and the impact of game events: LiveOps, in-game activities, content updates.
— Conduct audience research, segmentation, and cohort modeling.
— Evaluate the effectiveness of features, balance changes, and game events.
— Formulate and validate hypotheses for improving retention and monetization.
— Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for the team and leadership.
— Collaborate with game designers and management to optimize product metrics and game economy.

Requirements
— 3+ years of experience as a Senior or Lead Analyst.
— Experience in the gaming industry: MMORPG (PC or mobile), GaaS, or LiveOps projects.
— Strong understanding of product analytics, game economy, and monetization principles.
— Excellent SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
— Proficiency with BI tools: Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
— Experience building analytical systems and processes from scratch.
— Ability to formulate hypotheses, validate them, and justify decisions.
— Ability to communicate complex analytical insights in a clear and simple way.
— Experience contributing to product features and LiveOps activities.
